On January 19th, over 35 of us enjoyed a lovely day in Benaque, the birthplace of poet Salvador Rueda where we visited his house-museum and also saw the wonderful frescoes in the local church.
On then to Macharaviaya where there is a lot to see – the City in Texas, Galveston, is named after Bernardo Galvez, the son of a prominent family in Macharaviaya.
