Nerja History Group

It was a good turnout at yesterday’s meeting, thank you but I still have places to fill on our Trip next Friday 17th.

We are going to visit “The Lands of El Tempranillo” (no, not the red wine grape !), the 19thC Bandit.  We go first to Jauja, where he was born, then to Benameji to a Museum of Arts where we will see many interpretations of Bandits in Theatre, Film and Art, then on to Alameda, where El Tempranillo is buried.  We have lunch together in a good restaurant.

40 € includes Bi-lingual Guide,  all entrances, breakfast and 3 course lunch with wine. Depart: SuperSol Capistrano 8.00 am (coach there at 7.50), Bus Station 8.05, Hotel Monica 8.10, Repsol 8.30 – Return: approx. 6.00 pm
